He is Risen!

Happy Easter! Today marks the annual celebration of the day when all relational, social, political, historical, philosophical, and theological questions were answered. Christ not only satisfied the perfect demands of justice where we never could. He not only removed the barrier between mankind and God. He not only submitted Himself to death on our behalf...

He then rose again, defeating death and demonstrating once and for all who he truly is.

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit." (Romans 8:1-4)

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time." (1 Peter 1:3-5)
